What is Inositol and How it Can Help You

Clearly Labeled Ingredients - many products try to hide ingredients using fancy words like “patented formulas”
Therapeutic Doses - ensure you’re taking an inositol product that provides the therapeutic levels of the correct ingredients.
Must Avoids:
Gummies - they are often coated and are heavy in sugars and they don’t provide the correct therapeutic doses needed
Low Dosages - make sure it’s a 40:1 ratio
Libido Boosting Additives - these produce excess testosterone and will make PCOS symptoms worse.
